Cd. de México (16 octubre 2016).- La Secretaría de Gobernación (Segob) deberá hacer públicos detalles sobre los muertos y heridos en los hechos de Nochixtlán el pasado 19 de junio, resolvió el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).
El pleno del organismo resolvió esta semana que la Segob debe entregar la información que obre en su poder sobre el número de heridos, por tipo de armas, y de decesos, desglosado por rango de edad, en el enfrentamiento entre maestros y pobladores y la Policía Federal.

“No podrá omitir a la subsecretaría de Gobierno, a la subsecretaría de Enlace Legislativo, a la subsecretaría de Derechos Humanos, a la Coordinación de Asesores, así como a la oficina del titular de la propia dependencia; consecuentemente, deberá proporcionar la información que obre en sus archivos al particular”, indica la resolución.
El pleno aprobó por unanimidad el proyecto presentado por la comisionada presidenta Ximena Puente sobre un recurso de revisión promovido en contra de la Segob, que en un primer momento negó tener la información requerida por un particular.
El INAI precisó que, según información pública, se pudo constatar la participación de la Segob en actividades para la atención de las víctimas y familiares que resultaron heridos con motivo de los hechos, por lo que la respuesta otorgada es infundada.
